Scored an impressive win in last over 1600m at Kembla Grange. Has drawn wide today but looms a major threat (Each way).

Consistent record of late coming off gutsy win last start. Nicely drawn to mix it up today with Pengelly on board. (each way)

Won with a solid run over 1500m in last. Recent form has been impressive. Has not drawn well on barrier but should be able to make it two from two (Each way).

Failed to impress in last back in April but the inside mail has this one trialling well and could surprise the favourites (Value).

Winning form is good form and with two wins and a second it is hard to go past this horse. Augusta Proud is a cler danger but I think with the couple of runs back, Tempest Toast can take them. (Each-Way)

Consistent place getter on the Doomben track and should put in another honest effort today. (Each-Way)

Placed last two starts over similar distance and has the credentials to handle the field. A decent jockey on board today make this a top chance. (Each-Way)
Eagle Farm R3 - 5 Al Fawzi (@ 1.27pm)
This horse has been in the placings last 3 starts, and has drawn the rails run today which will suit. Good odds on offer considering. (Each-Way)
Sandown R2 – 3 Safe Sanctuary (@ 1.37pm)
Looks to be the pick in this race. Was the Syndicates value tip last start, when ran 6th @ Caulfield. Returns to mid-week racing here and should outclass them. Papercut could be the danger. (Favourite)
Sandown R4 – 6 Road to Dundee (@ 2.47pm)
Returning from a long spell here but she is a classy mare. Had been racing well up before the spell. Has won before 2nd up so may need this run, but this is an open race so could surprise. (Value)

A picture of consistency of late. Yet to get over the line first but has come close. Back in class today but up against a handy field. Can handle the dead track and the distance. Big chance to upset today. (Each-way)

Hit form at Sunshine Coast 20 July Class 3 Hcp 1000m for the win. Good track record at EF and with 3kg apprentice discount and good barrier draw should go close again today. (Each-way)

On board Joontoo Gemini last start when she dead heated for first. She was suppose to start last weekend but was scratched late. Last start was up against Reichman and Glistening as she will be against today. Up to 2520m today and the extra distance will help. (Favourite)

A syndicate favourite for a long time. Disappointing in last when jumped too early in last 400m. Should control the race and jumped clear in final straight for the win. (Favourite)
Geelong R7 - 1 Husspirata (@ 3.25pm)
Up in class but winning form is good form. Loves the synthetic track and will be hard to beat today. (Favourite)
Geelong R8 - 6 Will's Power (@ 4.05pm)
Another horse that is stepping up in class after winning last start. Was due for a win after placing more recently and should test these horses today. (Each Way)
Disappointing run in last however the inside mail tipped this seven old to upset the field. Training well and ready to notch up a win over this distance. Offering good value. (Value)

First start. This horse picked on basis of competitive showing when 1/2 nck long neck 3rd 900m Doomben trial dead track July 12. Competent jockey R Wiggins should ride a competitive race from plum barrier draw No.6. One of the chances and should be at good odds. (Each Way)

Came home strong for the win two starts back. Shunted wide and failed to recover in last which was unlucky given the form and barrier trials leading up to the last. Track conditions should and should be considered. (Each way)

This horse has showed its colours when fought on well after leading 2 1/2 length 2nd (55.5) 1350m Ipswich Mdn July 4. Cantered in for 6 length 4th (57.5) 1400m S Coast Mdn heavy track Jul 20. Looking to firmer track conditions and shorter distance with to suit, in addition to good barrier draw and weight discount. (Each Way)

Came from 6th on rails to challenge hard for 2nd in last by less than half a length. This 6 year old is coming into great form and has drawn to get a nice run. Expect a strong finish. (Value)

2nd up here and looks a great chance. Has also had a recent trail and should be in good form. Back to an open race today and will enjoy the slow track. (Value)

Free horse Racing Tips - 02/08/2008
Here are today's free horse racing tips from The Syndicate for Saturday 02/08.
After a good couple of weeks The Syndicate crashed last Wednesday. We still managed to return a 5% profit for the month but we will be hoping to do a lot better this month.
So it's a new day and a new month so lets hope we can start with some good wins. Today we will be racing at Caulfield, Victoria and Doomben, Queensland.

Unlucky last start when finishing 3rd. Has not really had much form on the board but has moved supported in early markets. Beaten last start by Bird Dancer but should go better today. (Each Way)
Caulfield R2 – 3 Safe Sanctuary (@ 12.45pm)
Has been in great form recently with two wins in the country. Set up in class today for the Saturday metro races but is super fit. Enjoys a dead track and on form must be considered. (Value)
Doomben R2 - 11 Shagerz (@ 12.55)
5 year old gelding in good form coming off win Class 2 South Coast Heavy track 1200m 12 July. Drops 6kg and with in form jockey Brad Pengelly, low weight and inside barrier draw should handle this field comfortably. (Favourite)
Rosehill R2 – 2 Star of Crown (@ 1.05pm)
Hit front 200m to hold onto a win in last. Won over 1400m in June with similar performance. 4 year old loves this track and will be hard to hold out. (Favourite)
Doomben R4 - 14 Brookie Babe (@ 2.05)
Impresive first start when 1 1/4 length 2nd 1000m S Coast 2YO Mdn dead track Mar 9. Recent win July 1 at EF Trial 800m. Wide barrier draw a little concern, but under light weight and stays on notice at good odds. (Value)

Won last start over 1350m and been a consistent finisher since January. Look for this one to upset the favourites (Value)
Caulfield R5 – 3 Ma Shang (@ 2.35pm)
Has got the results on the board recently but had all the luck last start and could not get over the line. Today is no bigger challenge but win B.Rawiller back on board today hopefully the lessons have been learnt. (Favourite)
Rosehill R5 – 9 O Danny Boy (@ 2.55pm)
Won by a clear length when last raced at this distance in February. Had a disappointing run in last start however this seven year old will jump well from this barrier and battle to the line. Invest. (Each way)
Doomben R6 - 4 Rebounded (@ 3.25)
A syndicate value special from July 26 when lead all the way to a comfortable 2 length win Dmbn 1615m Hvy Track. Up in class but has the barrier draw and low weight to team up again with apprentice jockey Mandy Radecker for a repeat dose. (Each Way)

Impresive first start when 1 1/4 length 2nd 1000m S Coast 2YO Mdn dead track Mar 9. Recent win July 1 at EF Trial 800m. Wide barrier draw a little concern, but under light weight and stays on notice at good odds. (Value)
Rosehill R4 – 7 Onethingatatime (@ 2.15pm)
Won last start over 1350m and been a consistent finisher since January. Look for this one to upset the favourites (Value)
Caulfield R5 – 3 Ma Shang (@ 2.35pm)
Has got the results on the board recently but had all the luck last start and could not get over the line. Today is no bigger challenge but win B.Rawiller back on board today hopefully the lessons have been learnt. (Favourite)
Rosehill R5 – 9 O Danny Boy (@ 2.55pm)
Won by a clear length when last raced at this distance in February. Had a disappointing run in last start however this seven year old will jump well from this barrier and battle to the line. Invest. (Each way)
Doomben R6 - 4 Rebounded (@ 3.25)
A syndicate value special from July 26 when lead all the way to a comfortable 2 length win Dmbn 1615m Hvy Track. Up in class but has the barrier draw and low weight to team up again with apprentice jockey Mandy Radecker for a repeat dose. (Each Way)

This 3 year old is one from the blue however the inside mail suggests that this could provide an upset. Handy investment and watch in the future. (Value)

Syndicate favourite in the past that will always lead early. This 7 year old gelding has a high place percentage that can surprise. Treat wearily. (Favourite)
