Derby Day Flemington 2008 Free Horse Tips
Early start this morning. Will get back with some more info later in the day. Here are all the tips for Flemington for Derby Day.
Flemington R1 – The Inglis Maibyrnong Plate @ 10.20am
1. #3 – Our Joan of Arc
Dissappointing last start when away slowly. With Noesis and Movie out of this she looks to be the class horse. Watch the market for threats.
2. #8 – Seduced
3. #2 – Zaffaan
4. #7 – Dawned
Flemington R2 – Carbine Club Stakes @ 11.05am
1. #1 – Millbank
Has been impressive so far. Steps up from 1200m to 1600m which is the only question here.
2. #3 - Caymans
3. #7 – Lucky Thunder
4. #4 – Trustus
Flemington R3 – Saab Quality @ 11.55am
1. #8 – Moatize
Ran a good race in the Geelong Cup behind Bauer. Beat home Light Vision there and should so the same today.
2. #1 – Light Vision

4. #11 – Moreoxygenplease
Flemington R4 – Longines Wakeful Stakes @ 12.40 pm
1. #3 – Miss Scarlatti
Got close last against the boys. Back against the girls here and should be able to handle them.

1. #9 – Impressive Eagle
Looked impressive last start and looks to be the main danger here to Northern Meteor. I don’t like to risk a Sydney horse here first up, although this is down the straight. Northern Meteor has been toying with them in Sydney and is the one to beat. I am going to look for value and stick with Impressive Eagle.

Flemington R6 – Crown Mackinnon Stakes @ 2.10pm
1. #7 – Littorio
Was a touch disappointing in the Caulfield Cup but steps back to 2000m here. This should be easier although Princess Coup is here again.

4. #9 - Barbaricus
Flemington R7 – AAMI Victoria Derby @ 3.00pm
1. #1 – Whobegotyou
A Syndicate favourite who just keeps winning. Upto 2500m here which maybe his biggest test. Only the distance can beat here.

3. #4 – Pre Eminence
4. #8 – Buffett
Flemington R8 – Myer Classic @ 3.45pm
1. #9 – Tan Tat de Lago
Going to look for some value here. Up to 1600m where she has had much of her success. There looks to be a few chances here but Tan Tat de Lago should be running on late.

3. #8 – Bellini Rose
4. #5 – Gallant Tess

1. #2 – Sunburnt Lad
Another Syndicate favourite how has just kept winning. Faces a tougher race here but if his form holds then this should make it 3 in a row this prep.

I am going take El Cambio here. Missed last start at 1400m. Seems that all the chances are drawn out wide here so should be plenty of speed early. Hopefully can stay with them and run over the top on the way home.
